Vodafone are having probelms fitting a hands free

Vodafone are having problems fitting a hands free kit into a Nissan Almera '53 plate car. AFAIK this is a standard type B radio. Vodafone state that the wiring loom is "different" to that normally used in Almeras and connot identify the correct loom. Did the radio wiring configuration change circa 2003?

How to replace a nissan almera timing chain

Hi all it is with out doubt a major blunder by Nissan to fit a Renault timing chain mechanism to the almera and other Nissan engines. I have dealt with many a customer with an engine light on hoping that a crankshaft sensor would sort the issue out, Nissan will charge in excess of 750 euro to replace the timing kit and having it replaced you might hope to get 120k from the car well I have come across engines only covering 30k buyer chain failure, beware if you are doing a chain replacement your self use (oe) parts often spurious parts don't have the paint marks on the chain to aid setting the timing ,

Nissan almera loose clutch pedal

It sounds like the hydraulic clutch is failing or the car just has a light clutch feel. I suggest you have a local shop push the clutch and see what they think.
