I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

Security is set. If both keys register damaged. You have either a broken wire(usually by the ignition lockset/switch). Or the computer has died.

You should have at least 3 keys for all your vehicles

Work on that issue first

Maybe your sensor is dead in your key --- the ignition can't read it or your reader in the ignition is bad.
Take it to the dealer

Just a new belt will suffice. Check the health of the tensioner though. Why did the belt come off?

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you cycle the key?
