{{{ you can push start it }}} ! sounds as if the starter is not the proper one or need a shim but im guessing from the explination you gave it simply isnot meshing to the flywheel allowing it to engage

it could also be the ignition switch itself ..obviously we know you can start it with a push correct ...so either th3e wiring somplaece is wrong or burnt through causing it to ground out or....hold on you need to have it shimmed in otherword a shim is just like adding a washer to allow the starter to get closer to the flywheel it may take even a few to properly alighn it ...i sure hope this one works for you

Hi! Have you checked the fuel pump? If you have a faulty fuel pump it wont take any fuel from the tank so it better be working. If the fuel pump is good then the fault will be on the PCM (powertrain control module). The PCM has connectivity on all electrical current that runs inside the car which includes the engine and transmission. If the PCM fails, everything else fails for the PCM is like a car's brain. You say the battery is ok, What is the battery voltage with he vehicle off and was the battery load tested and how old is the battery? I'm assuming all connections are tight and clean? How many miles are on the vehicle?

Ok, but i'm going to tell your now, that an internally shorted battery will not start a car..even with a jump. The questions i asked before are needed by me to help you. There not hard questions, in fact, they are very easy to answer, and are an important part of vehicle diagnosis, especially if i'm going to help you from a PC. If I were there, your vehicle would be starting.
With that said, this is just a guessing game and perhaps a guess (educated guess) will solve your problem. I for one, can not help at this point.

well there is nothing. The starter is the right one. I just have no clue. Its making no nosie down there. Plus is there any way a rader detector could have messed it up. I just bought a new one and i had it sense my revs to have a intellegent silence mode. After that it acted up about 15 mins later.

102,000 was checked at autozone. Had a computer thing hooked up no errors. I cannot figure this out.
Well Its all good. I have tried to even jump start. Basically something is not allowing power to my starter. I am not even getting a turn over. Now i was told that the Clutch Neutral Safety Switch could be it because the car cannot tell its in neautral. But got a new one and still nothing.
