Look carefully underneath the seat with a flash light ther is probably some junk stuck in the rail. if not you will have to unbolt the seat to see what is jumbing.the wole seat moves back and forth as a unit.

I'm not really sure....but if you look in your fuse panel look for power seat fuse fuses. remove the fuse. A last resort is to look under your seat and find the wires and there is a connection...pull the wires apart.hope this works.
What do you mean by 'stuck'? Does the adjuster lever pull, not move or slack, or is it the seat itself that won't move.
Non powered seats are usually controlled by a set of levers and grooves so sorting this will involve a fair bit of crawling around.
Using a good bright torch get your head in the Driver's footwell and look under the seat. Work the adjuster to see how it should work. Now that you have a point of reference to use, get your head into the passenger side footwell. Using the torch, do the same as the driver's side. Work the adjuster and compare it to the driver's side. It will be a mirror image layout of the other side. This should give you a good idea what the problem is. Your other choice after that is to take the seat out entirely and turn it upside down to examine it.
The seats bolt down like any other. The motor is mounted to the bottom of the seat framing. The plug is either at the motor or on a short pigtail off the motor. It is best to pull the fuse before removal.

The next time the seat is inoperable pull the switch out and test it for a voltage signal that should be present when the button in question is operated. The switch is the most common issue that I have seen, but hold on replacing it until the switch is tested.
There is no 'reset'. There are fuses you can check. See your owner's manual to read through the fuse listing. Also be sure your wiring didn't become unplugged under your seat, as if something was lodged under the seat pulling on the wiring.

its more likely its a broken heating wire inside the seat, test the connector under the seat for voltage on the side going to the battery, and the one going to the seat for ohms, if power is present but the resistance is too high to be measured its a broken heating wire, only fixable by completely destroying the upholstery, but if no power is present its possible a fuse,wire or connection somewhere, usually the fuse block is on the driver side near the door (look for a panel that is either marked fuse, or easily pulled off) could be on the side of the dashboard,
