First Check the Front Blower Relay located in the IPM Fuses and Relay box in the Engine Compartment. There should be individual Front and Rear Blower Relays. The Identification and Location should be on the rear of the IPM Cover. If not check your Owner's Manual.
Switch these two Relays and recheck operation of the Front and Rear Blowers again. If the Front now works and the Rear does not, then the Relay was bad and needs to be replaced.
However the most common problems I have found is that the Front Blower only works on High. Is that the Case? Check it to be sure. If it only works on High then it is 100% the Resistor that is bad and needs to be replaced. The Front Blower Motor Resistor fail in these more often that the Blower Motor itself.
Remove the Dash Glove Box out of the Dash to gain access to the Resistor.

What could be wrong

Non working blower is usually a bad resistor. Mounted close to the blower.

Blower problem.

The 40amp fuse gets power from the blower relay. Do you have power at the blower motor from that fuse ?

Front heater blower low speeds dont work

if you have just high speed, you need to change resister, usually in plenum case to keep it cool. If it goes again, change motor, it is drawing too much current

Heater doesn't blow air? my front windows roll down but my back windows dont. their electric.1988 mercedez 190

Blower is used for either AC or Heater demand. If it doesn't work in heater mode, but work in AC mode then it is a problem with the Climate Control. If it doesn't work in both cases, then check the fuse near the front fender on driver side ( It is not in the fuse box). If the fuse is good, then it is not necessary the blower is burnt, but the blower regulator is burnt. The Blower regulator is underneath of the blower. It can be accessed from the engine side under the wiper motor.

Blower motor

The blower motor is on the passenger side of the front seats, pull the carpet back and you will see it there. Make sure it's not the little computer sitting right next to the blower instead of the blower. When you turn the temp down to 65 does the little orange colored AC button light up? If not, it's the climate control computer which is sitting next to the blower.
