Hello rand1958: My name is Roger and I will help. The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. You can access the pump by removing the rear seat cushion. Remove the 4 screws in the floor cover. unplug the fuel pump wire harness. Remove the fuel line locks. BE CAREFUL as fuel lines may be under pressure. Remove pump lock ring to remove the fuel pump. I would also recommend replacing the fuel filter at the same time. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer as this way I know it was helpful. Thank You for using Fix Ya. Wheres the fuel pump located in my 1982 460 ford holiday rambler motorhome????
One of them is on the front lower side of the engine block just aft of the timing chain cover. (this is the mechanecal pump). The other pump is electric and is located just in front of the gas tank and is near a fuel filter. There is probably a fuel pressure regulator located just behind the passenger side front wheel as well.

The fuse for the fuel pump is located in the "N" position in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see pictures below for both). If you notice there is also a fuel pump relay there as well that you might want to check. I don't know if you have checked the fuel pump cut off switch as well. That is located behind the trim panel by the drivers left foot. I hope this helps and good luck on getting fuel and not having to replace the pump.clifford224_8.gif
