The most probable cylinder head gasket is damaged !!!
But first check the oil / water cooler placed at the bottom side of oil filter. It could also be cracked. Maybe due an engine overheated.
You must check the oil / water cooler under air pressure!
The oil / water cooler must be removed from the engine, cleaned by oil and immersed in water under air pressure. If the oil / water cooler is OK (no bubbles air leaks in water) then cylinder head gasket is damaged and needs to be replaced with new one !
