Ignition and column locked. what do i do?

Unhook the props and wiring and get two people to help as it is very heavy.

Sometimes the mechanical system that locks your steering wheel has too much vehicle weight which can prevent the key from turning. If you can move the vehicle back and forth while someone turn the steering wheel and turn the ignition switch.

if you are handy and have tools you can fix it your self. take apart plastic around steering column, put key in and put some vicegrips on switch itself turn with vice grip and key at same time. if you're doing it yourself you will have to do this anyway to get the ignition switch out.

You have pre ignition. your eng. needs top end overhaul.

Take the windshield assembly off, takes about 15 minutes - from there it's a breaze.

You have a bare wire that is rubbing. Take to your local dealership.
