There is also a fuse box under the driver's side rear seat. This is actually the body control module (computer), as well as a second relay and fuse box. There are fises for both the passenger and driver door in tha box (25-amp metal fuses).
But your problem may be with the driver's door control module, which has the switches integrated into it. This must be replaced at a dealership as it needs to be coded to the vehicle's security code.
Some have reported being able to get the door module working by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds, so give that a try. If it doesn't work you have my sympathy, as I just replaced my passenger door module and it cost me over $700.
