Hi... it all depends on the colour of the smoke... usualy blueish smoke will mean it is oil burning and your piston rings may be getting worn if it is black then it might be running too rich etc.. a little bit of water is fine infact usualy it is a good sign that your engine is not running rich or lean so it is pointing towards oil seals... also if it was running rich it would probably do it more when it was cold

hi it is pointing towards oil seals...
if the smoke was black and it was worse when cold then it would have to do with running rich but, because there is a little bit of water (this is a good thing) this means that the engine is running close to stoich (not rich or lean) and it would usualy clear up when the engine is warm because the extra heat helps burn the excess fuel..
so i am suggesting oil seals although if the smoke is more to one pipe then maybe you should first check the condition of catalytic converters and muflers etc.. aswell
if you are also useing oil then its another symptom of piston rings
it will still run fine it will just use use oil a bit
