97 subaru legacy outback 2.5 DOHC.There is a vibration only idle in gear (Automatic) if I put it in neutral the vibration goes away and sometimes when you depress the break pedal twice it vibrates alot less . This is a fully rebuilt (original) engine new crank ,rods ,pistons + much more with less than 10 k. but the funny thing is it did the same before being rebuilt. Otherwise it runs great , never stalls and get 24mpg on hwy. Any ideas? Some Tech tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I would suspect a mount. Either motor or trans. Also check lateral mount on top of motor to firewall. Good luck and have a great day.
