fuse box is located under hood behind battery

If is located on the fuse box. Find the fuse box under the steering wheel near the brake pedal.
Here is a picture of the unit you are looking for.

its on the driver side of the motor on the botton there no easy way to change it make sure u undo the battery

In the fuse panel (underhood), check the position 13FL, 20AMP for Fuel Pump...

I had the same problem and the flasher is not located in the fuse box because it is not a normal flasher. the cougar has an electronic flasher unit that is located on the left side of the center console. the best and cheapest place to order a new one is amazon.com. they run about $30-$40

1. Remove the upper footwell trim panel (passenger side).
   • Remove the pushpins.

I had this exact problem, it is probably your Blower Motor Resistor. It is located under/behind your glovebox, one screw holds it in. Not too expensive either. If that doesn't work it may be your blower motor. Good Luck!
