Is it in the way of access to the timing belt cover? If so, remove the bolt, and let the engine drop down. You may have to loosen the other Mounts and physically force the engine down. Instead of removing the wheel well, you can drill a 2 inch hole into it, once you see where the timing marks are.

there is a relay under the dash that create this problem. very common problem ask a merchanic for the name i forgot

Does it have oil in it? the motor will shut down if it gets too low in order to save itself.
