Go to YouTube, and enter "2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT valve timing" in the search box. You will find several videos that deal with changing the timing belt and water pump. 03 should still be under warrenty, if not check belt and power steering pulley if loose or wobbling need repair

It is a 2.0L (the delta blocks weren't in tibs until '03). You have to remove the timing belt tensioner, and then you can remove the bolts for the water pump. I would strongly recommend not only taking careful precaution not to disturb the orientation of the gears in this process, but also to replace the timing belt and water pump at the same time. You don't want to go through this process all over again do you?
