Rear lights, brake lights and turn signals do not

2005 Jeep Liberty. Rear lights, brake lights and turn signals do not work. The fuses are good. No power is going to the rear lights. The daylight light relay is missing from the interior fuse panel.

I would check if they also run off of a relay, You could have a wire that is either broke or it is grounding out somewhere.

The two back brake lights went out at the same time but the brake light on top of the rear window still works, would the problem be the bulbs or a fuse? 2005 Jeep Liberty

Both of my brakelights have gone out on my 2005 jeep liberty. The problem is the brakelight socket. I bought replacement socket from the dealership for about $8 each. They are wireless and easy to replace. They sit on a circuit monted to the back of the tailight. The dealership will need your vin # as there are different types of sockets for the liberty.

Brake light and turn signal light not working

Did the new lens come with new sockets? If not damage may have occured there that you cant see. only other possibilty is wiring damage in the rear that may be hard to see. The condition you describe is simple "backfeeding" if you look hard enough youll either find bad sockets or damaged wires close to the lens that took the hit. Hope this helped. Thanks
