I got a 99 Plymouth Breeze and it wont turn over. It will act as if it wants to but it doesnt. The Battery is still good but it wont turn over. any help on this.

Make sure battery terminals are tight and not corroded. If still not take battery back and get it tested, could have a dead cell.

what is the other posible reason a 99 plymouth breeze wont start it rolls over well i change the crank sensor,camshft sensor,ignation coil but won't start

To get to the battery on a 99 Breeze, turn the wheel as far as you can to the left. In front of the tire in the wheel-well is a plastic cover with 5 tabs across the top and side. Turn these 1/4 turn to the left, and the panel pulls off. Use a 1/2 inch socket to remove the battery mount/hold down. It would be best to remove the top bolt first. Then use a 5/16 inch socket to remove the front mount battery cables, and the battery will slide right out. You may have to lift the car a bit to get the battery out.

Being a Plymouth,I would look at the fan switch in the dash,bet it doesn't look ok !!

make sure battery connections are clean and tight . make sure battery is good and fully charged, chek all fuses.

You may need to install shims between the starter.

You need battery power for the computer to fuction, so yea get the battery charged up first.

Could be an intermittent problem with alternator that wasn't detected during test, but also look real close at all and any grounds cables, & connections at battery, straps from frame to body, engine to frame, engine to firewall etc.

My 97 Breeze battery is behind the left front wheel. Turn your steering wheel all the way to the right, and lock in position. Remove the access plate in the wheel well.
