For left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles the fuse box is placed on the left side of dash board, (driver's door open), behind a plastic cover. On the inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse box diagram.
Also another fuse box / relay plate is placed under bonnet in engine compartment area.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY C240. (NO DIAGRAM)
THAT'S WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE... BUT APPARENTLY, MERCEDES FEELS THEIR CARS ARE SO GOOD THAT YOU WILL NEVER NEED TO CHANGE FUSES.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. You should be able to look at the fuse and tell if it is blown. Look at the fuse, you will see a metal strip. If it is cut in half, it is blown. Also, pull each one out and put another in its place. It should be a low amp fuse, such as 5, 10, perhaps 20 but I doubt it. Pay attention to the back of the cig lighter. It may be a loose wire or it could be a bad wire. Test with a voltage meter to see if it has current.
