It could be problem with head light sensor which is placed on dash board or windscreen glass, after replacing it will start working. thanks

Where is the coolant sensor on a 1998 Bucik Regal LS?
It is located on the front side of the engine on the transmission side. It screws in right behind the front exhaust manifold where the manifold bolts to the crossover pipe.
