My sim card is not working in my card but works on my phone. It cannot connect to a network? What can I do to check, I've already contacted Fido and they say it is not on their end.

There is now 2, 3 , 4 , G and 5 G due to come at any time. If your phone can only receive 2 and 3 G and your phone company has moved to 4 G the phone will no longer work.

Have you tried the last 4 digits of your phone number? Its usually a good place to start and is a default security passcode. You may need to contact you service provider for more help.

If your phone displays an error message saying "Invalid Sim card" then your phone is probably locked.

The phone might be flagged as a bad ESN with that provider, either that or the carrier your trying to use it on doesnt use the same system. Flashing doesnt always work like a factory unlock. If it has been PUK locked get the PUK code from the respective network provider.
If it says registration failed or doesn't work make a request for new SIM card.

The issue could be a switch located at the brake pedal where the actual contact occurs to turn on the brake lights. If you've already done so you should try taking a look at that as well as your fuses.

is the sim card from the SAME network as the phone,if not then you will need to get the phone unlocked,then you can use any network sim.......

you can purchase a "universal" unlock sim wafer on ebay for about 10 bucks...place it between the sim card and the phone sim contacts and it should work.
I've got one in my nokia and use it with a telcel card from mexico...no problems ...it was an att phone..
