First you need to let the engine run until it gets past operating temperature.With the fan blower harness unplugged use a multimeter and probe the harness on the red wire.You should have 12 volts,The other wire should have negative ground.If the voltage checks out ok then you have a faulty fan motor,If not then you have a electrical issue.

You might have a vaccum leak of some kind. There are many things that could cause this. It could be the fuel injectors. You may have one bad one. Are you getting any codes? Check engine light on?

I can't find the fuse for the interior lights on my 1994 Caprice.

I have a 1994 chevy caprice classic LS. 4.3lLMy odometer meter works off and on...why does it do that? Sometimes I cans see how fast I'm going.. Other times the numberes don't light up. Same problem happen with my signal lights.. They both occur at the same time.. my signal light indicater and my MPH odometer.

94' Caprice Fans not turning on to cool motor = overheating motor

Do this test with the key in run but engine off unplug the ECT (engine coolant temp.) sensor, if the fans turn on (does this by default) the system is ok, if not then check the Fan relay. Also look for burning of the electrical connections to the cooling fans.
