I have a Hyundai Santa Fe 2001, 6 cylinders automatic. The other day while I was driving the transmission passed from drive to neutral and stayed there. Is that a problem with the transmission or with it sensors? Thanks

It sounds like the transmission slipped. You need have the vehicle check for trouble codes and the trans. fluid level.
