This is done with a spring loaded tensioner on the front of the engine. usually this can be done with either a 3/8" drive ratchet or ratchet and a 15mm socket. and go away from the belt. i know its just too simple now huh? if you need diagrams for routing let me know. also make sure that when you install the new belt that you can read the writing like youre holding a book, if it is upside to you then switch it. the other can cause squeeking issue even on a brand new belt.
