The codes are both evap system codes. The only good way to find the leaks is to take it to a shop that has a smoke machine. They will pump smoke into the evap system to find the leak.

bank 1 cyl 1 if 02 sensor fault is present replace both sensors with oe part as sometimes after market sensors may not be compatible.both sensors because 1 will be week and will cause the same failure later provided the cat is ok and does not store a cat efficiency fault.

Look closely at #6, probably bad connector or wiring to coil. Get it somewhere else a 'new engine' sounds like a real bad outcome under the circumstances.

Chrysler pacifica 2004 downshifted and died while on the freeway, will turn over but dies after about two seconds. Heater fan has been running on high for 3 weeks and will run even after the car is off. ...

Symptoms look like a cam or crank sensor failure. Check the connections to these sensors and make sure that they are clean and on securely. If it is just a bad connection then the problem should be resolved. If however it is due to thermally induced cut out the chances are that when the engine has properly cooled right down the car will restart. If it does start it will probably shut down again within 15 minutes once the engine is hot and not restart until cold again. If you are able take the car to Autozone to have the error codes read from the on board diagnostics. If not replace both sensor units and this should cure the problem straight away. If you have a Check engine light lit then this can be cleared by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for five minutes

I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

136266353that would be your HO2 sensor. It's located in the left hand exhaust manifold closer to the top of the engine. It usually takes a special socket to remove one. If you have any doubt, take it to a shop and have them replace it for you. This sensor effects fuel and driveability, don't go to long without fixing it as it may cause damage to your catalytic convertors.

Check Engine Light

If the light isn't flashing, it is safe to drive. If it is flashing, then catalytic converter damage can result. Have a parts store check the codes for you and come back and post the code.
