This seems like a very common problem with this clock. If the clock goes from working to not working and back and forth again, it's not a fuse. If you can rap on the dash next to the clock and it turns back on, then it's in the clock itself. These clocks take a long, long, long time to "burn out". If you pop the clock out of the dash (not difficult), you will probably see that the soldering in the back of the clock was done poorly. If you have the tools, a piece of cake to touch up the bad job. If not, you can buy another clock with the same issues.
