You should check the fuses first, then ensure power to the motor in the passenger side if no power check the switches for the power windows. Also it is common for window motors/ regulators to fail and have to be replaced. If the driver's one is running slowly remove door panel and lubricate the cables and tracks with some rust check or wd 40 etc, etc... and silicone lube on the guide tracks at either end of the window. hope this helps

Honda '98 accord fuse box locationsInterior passenger side, looking for drv side window fuse

there is no driverside window fuse. The power window system works nsync with each other. If a fuse is out all windows will not work. Have the electrical connector checked on the switches or motor pwr connector. Also inspect the window regualator for damage. Hopefully this helps!!

How do you replace the power window motor on passenger door 1995 honda accord lx

That involves removing the door panel completely to allow access. If you are handy you can figure it out by looking at it. Would take too long to explain. Best bet if you aren't very mechanically inclined is to take it to a local repair shop. I had a 2 door 1994 and went through 5 of them.

The D4 driver light on my console is blinking. I have a 1995 Honda Accord LX. What is the problem.

This problem can be solved by replacing an AT Control Unit, which is located underneath the passenger side floorboard. There are two computers underneath the floorboard. It is the one on the right, the smaller unit. The numbers must match exactly. The numbers vary according to whether the car is an LX, DX or EX. Simply disconnect the battery, take out the two plugs that plug into the bottom of the computer, and replace the unit. The problem should be solved.
