I just change the battery in my remote key it still not working

I just change the battery in my remote key for my 2002 is300 Lexus it is now not working . Cr 1616 3v is the size, how can I program it or synchronize it to the car again ?

Doors won't lock with remote on my 2002 Lexus GS 300.
are you sure the battery is good in the remote? if so try putting the key in the driver door lock and locking and unlocking the doors three times in a row. if this dosent work i suggest taking it to an experienced lexus shop.

the unit locks shut when disc is installed. there is a tab on the front that you must slide to open position, when you do this disc will eject. when you install new one you must slide tab back to lock position
