Remove battery box cover, then air cooler shoot going to battery box, this will expose cover of air filter and undo clips that hold this down in 4 corners. Thats it.

Where is the fuel filter on a Mazda 6 2006 ? I have terrible idling and hesitation on the car for 3 weeks no one seems to knwo for sure what it is. No service engine light or reading on the computers....

The fuel filter is part of the fuel sending unit inside the gas tank. There is no other fuel filter on the car or no other way to replace it unless you change out the fuel filter.

How do you change the air filter on a 2005 Mazda 3

After you take off the battery cover, then you can lift the air scoop thing, then you pop the clip on the other cover that's there on the right of the air scoop and in front of the battery and yes - look for those 4 silver clips - that's how I did found mine. You pop those clips and CAREFULLY jiggle the lid while lifting - replace the filter being sure to seat it correctly into its spot - the clips should snap on EASILY - if you are gorcing it, you'll need to check to be sure you have properly seated the filter.

Good luck!
