Car won't Crank/start

With a voltage meter see how many volts are at the starter terminal. If not 12+ volts you have a bad connection. Check connection at the starter solenoid. Does it have 12+volts? Short the solenoid. Does it put voltage to the starter?

Check to be sure the new battery is a good new one, they set on the shelves for some time ya know. Then make sure it goes in the correct direction.Then refer to your owners manual if it needs reprogrammed.

My 2006 Dodge Dakota remote Key got wet now it won't work Ive changed the Battery But still Wont work ??

tou can try letting it dry out/replace but it will need reprogramed either way

I changed the key batteries for my 1999 BMW 323i after they died. Afterwards the remote unlock and lock won't work, the car also won't start but it can turn over/on and the radio and the lights...

stick the key in the ignition, turn it to the on position, remove it within 5 seconds, then hold the unlock button down and press the lock button 3 times within 10 seconds and release both buttons. The doors should lock/unlock to give you confirmation and your key should work.

I recently changed the battery in my 2001 Audi A6. I'm having the radio safe mode issue, but working on it. My main concern is that now my trunk won't open. Not by remote nor with key. I unlock it, but...

each radio has a code about 13 digits and maybe a couple letters mixed in with it. You have to get code from original manual. I heard if you lose it its very difficult to get.again but is possible. Its only a safety procedure in case someone else stole the radio it won't work for them.

Car wont turn over good battery no radio no nothing I have a 2008

look under hood remove cover for relays and fuses , should be a main fuse link where pos cable from battery and a ground come together with a fusible link in between it might need replacing

When changing your battery your radio will go into lock mode you need the code to unlock it

2005 Sebring convertible . suddenly my power windows, fan to a/c, radio & turn signals all quit working. All were operating properly before I turned it off. The top will still retract, thank goodness, . . . outside temp is 98. All fuses & circuit breakers check fine. ANY SOLUTIONS?
