Hello , fuel pump relay location is in the relay box by the radiator. The fuel psi regulator is on the fuel rail itself. The regulator looks like a small disk about 1.5inchs in dia. It will have a vacuum line running to it.

95' camry wagon, fuel pump only comes on when key is turned to start position. if car starts will not stay running. how do i check the fuel pressure regulator /

I don't think the EFI relay is at fault. Other things would be dead if it was, including the starter. See here p177 to test fuel pressure, which may be too low if the fuel pump itself or the pressure regulator is faulty.

95 taurus starts runs for 1-2 seconds then dies changed fuel filter 39 psi on fuel rail can make it run longer by cycling ign.switch from off to run really fast but leave it in run and dies after couple...

I would check the EEC relay, and the fuel pump relay too. But it sounds like the ignition module is loosing power, or the pump is not getting power after the engine starts.
The computer must see oil pressure or RPM to power the pump relay after the engine starts.

My 1987 Ford Taurus 3.0L, AT stalls after it's been running for a little while. Has new fuel pump and filter. Any ideas? partsplusguy

Have you checked the fuel pressure when running?

Is the fuel pressure correct?

Perhaps your fuel pressure regulator is bad, or the fuel pump relay is going bad.

What kind of fuel pressure should a 2002 ford taurus have while idleing

General rule is 32, not any lower than 28. if it is, fuel pressure regulator is bad, or clogged fuel filter, or bad fuel pump, etc.

99 FORD TAURUS DOHC - WON'T START. CRANKS, BUT WON'T TURN OVER. HAS FUEL, PRESSURE, SPARK, POWER - ANY IDEAS?

If it has fuel pressure and fuel to the regulator and the rails, the regulator is working, it is getting spark to every cylinder and the timing is correct, You have good compression, it is likely a faulty sensor. You can test each one with a sensor tester or ohmmeter/multi-tester

Relay or sensor.
