EPC LIGHT AND TRANSMISION STICK SHIFT LOCKED

EPC light should have nothing to do with the shift interlock,(EPC is traction control) should be a small cap or plug on the console, near the shifter that has the interlock disengage button,usually done with a key,check shift interlock in the owners manual.

faulty brake light switch , or fuse ,, check your brake lights , if dont work change fuse and if that dont work change the brake light switch

Check all your ground points. The brake lights and cruise may be grounded to the same spot. Re-check the cruise fuse and brake/tail light fuses.

Well the EPC light is for electronic power or pedal control, which refers to the gas pedal and throttle body. The light can come on for a number of reasons including issues with the fly-by-wire gas pedal, throttle body, cruise control, brake light switch, and others.
Not coming on when you turn the key on for a test could be a blown fuse for the computer since the EPC light is not on a fuse. You may have to check them all to make sure. Of course the bulb could be out too.

shift lock is stuck. you're on the right track. check fuses. all of em, but I think fuse 13, its red, is for the brake lights

EPC means Electronic Pedal Control. Fly-by-wire for your gas pedal--instead of a mechanical cable that pulls an accelerator linkage on the engine, there's an electronic device on the gas pedal, an electronic device on the throttle body and a wire between them.
You should check the sistem with diagnostic tool.
