check the blower relay also check the ground to the heater motor as well and use a jumper wire straight from the battery to the blower motor to make sure it isnt burnt out
The blower motor might be bad,turn it on,high blower,and bump the blower motor body with the palm of your hand,if it starts to run,or tries to run,then replace the blower motor.
you have what we called resistor block. it is a series of resistor to bring down the voltage of the blower to decrease its speed.
if one resistor is broke, then it would only work on high. they are normally located in the blower housing. it has four of five wires depending on how many speed you got.
