I need to know the code to re-set the radio system in my Honda Civic EX 2004

Radio lock out codes are security related and where supplied with the original paper work when the car was delivered to the original owner to discourage theft, so they are not published on the internet, if they were what would be the point?? any thief could get the code after stealing your radio.
