Back trace what you did. You may have unplugged something and forget to re-connect it. You mean the distributor cap,,,,, or the ENTIRE distributor???? If the later, then you must be 180 degrees off.

My 1999 lexus es300 is still reading the codes P0300, P0302,P0303 after giving it a tune up.

Your codes indicate misfires. What was done in the "tune up"? Misfires can be caused by any of several different causes including (but not limited to):
spark plugs
spark plug wires
coil packs
injectors
injector wires

The term "tune up" used to mean, "replace points, condenser, distributor cap and rotor, and plugs". Since most cars no longer have points, condenser, distributor cap and rotor, we need to ask what was done...

After changing distributor cap , rotor buttons, plug wires and spark plugs on my 1992 Lexus LS 400 i'm still having white smoke coming from from both exhaust pipes when starting after the car sits a while...

White smoke coming from the exhaust upon startup is merely water vapor, which is a normal by product of combustion. I do not believe you have anything to worry about. It disappears after the engine warms up a bit.

How is a tune up for a 93 lexus es300

replace spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap, ignition rotor, air filter, oil change, transmission flush, transmission filter&gasket .. That should do it.. It'lI be good if you could check your timing as well.. do this tune up every 15-20 thousand miles and oil changed every 3000 miles, depend on how much you drive it.
