Its more likely its a broken heating wire inside the seat, test the connector under the seat for voltage on the side going to the battery, and the one going to the seat for ohms, if power is present but the resistance is too high to be measured its a broken heating wire, only fixable by completely destroying the upholstery, but if no power is present its possible a fuse,wire or connection somewhere, usually the fuse block is on the driver side near the door (look for a panel that is either marked fuse, or easily pulled off) could be on the side of the dashboard,
