Use a bottle with a long narrow spout. Fill until oil just starts to come back out of the fill hole. let oil stop dripping from filler hole before you put back the filler plug or it will be over filled.
Assuming you are talking about a standard transmission you have to locate the filler plug on the side of the transmission. Remove the plug. Most gear oil bottles have a long tube neck, simply insert neck into filler hole and squese bottle until gear oil comes out of hole. Any auto supply store can recomend the proper oil for your vehicle.
there should be a plug on the lower side or bottom of the case to drain fluid. A filler plug shoul be higher toward top of case. Refill with 90wt gear oil just till it spills from filler plug.
raise your car. make sure you have jack stand and use them before you crawl underneath.
go under your transmission and look for a hexagonal nut or plug at the very bottom of the transmission or gear box. that is the drain plug. it is very tight , i warn you.
then after you drain all the oil, replace it and tighten it too.
then look for almost the same size of bolt at the side of the transmission or gear box.
this is the fill hole and at the same time the full hole plug. if the new oil that you are putting in is already over flowing out of the hole, put back the plug right away because that is the full level already.
you can use a hose that would fit just through the hole and insert it to your new gear oil. then let it pass trough gravity towards the gear box.
drain oil using allen key plug underneath gearbox till all oil is drained refit use new seal if old 1 is damaged then look at front of g/box quater of the way up is another allen key plug remove fill with new oil till it starts to run out hole refit plug and ur done
