1 Raise vehicle with lifting platform 2 Remove the front and central sections of the lower engine compartment paneling. 3Drain coolant from radiator. 4Open engine hood and raise to vertical position. 5Remove the left intake air duct and the front engine cover. 6Dismount the top coolant hose from the coolant thermostat housing and place it on the side 5 Remove poly-V-beltRemove the guide pulley of the poly-V-belt. 6 Unlatch the electrical connector at the threedisk thermostat valve (Y110) and disconnect. 7 Remove screws. 8 Pull out the coolant thermostat housing (2) with the coolant thermostat from the timing case cover.Install in the reverse order Email me at [email protected] if you want the diagrams. A park Ave. is a Buick and a 5th Ave. is a Chysler the Buick can have 3 different engines so I need to know which engine. The cysler 5th Ave. is a 318 400 or 440 the buick is a 455 350 olds or a 350 chev or a 350 buick. 3.8 buick. The 8th number in the VIN will tell your parts store guy and he shoul be able to prvide the belts and the picture of how they go on. Sometimes the picture is on the fan shrould and sometimes it's on the package the belt comes in ( some gates belts that only fit your car.
