My passenger side low beam headlight recently went off on me. ... I've changed the bulb again, and changed the fuse just in case, but .... My driver side headlight wire got loose so when i hit a bump at night if would flicker. ... When you notice one side not working (Low or High beam) it could be the module.

It means the low beam is out on the left side of your vehicle. You will need to replace the bulb and things will be back to normal.
Changing the bulb on this vehicle is more troublesome than most vehicles.
I think on the 2006 750Li you have to actually loose the bumper a bit to get to the headlight to wiggle loose. Some of the newer BMW's are made so the bumper comes up on the bottom of the headlight assembly just enough to make the bumper have to be loosened to be able to get the headlight assembly out enough to change the bulb.
Check your connections and make sure the sockets are clean. If that doesn't work, looking into the Ballast (High Voltage, be careful) to see if that's the fault.

It's a bulb replacement. If it's anything similar to my Audi, there is a cover on the back of the headlight housing that you pop off. Then you can reach in, pull the wire connector off the bulb, and unclip a metal retainer over the bulb, and pull the bulb out. Installation of the new one is the reverse. Just be SURE not to touch the glass part of the bulb. Skin oils can cause a halogen bulb to burn very hot and burn out very quickly. If you do touch the glass, wipe it gently but thoroughly on a cotton cloth to clean it off before you install it.
