Those are three different circuits, the only thing I know of that would control all three is the ignition switch. There could also be a junction somewhere that all three get voltage from that is corroded. The cruise control switch and the reverse light switch involves the steering col but not the a/c.
you have a "ground short" in your vehicle. somewhere where your battery grounds to your truck.. it is not fully contacting. use some wd40 around your ground cables from you battery to the body of the truck...if no success ...live with it! its cheaper.
look under the top of the power distribution box it has a diagram.
The max fuse blowing means you have a serious short,a hot wire touching ground perhaps it's broken or pinched somewhere.
