Power steering problems this oil seems to be leaking from the bottom of the car

every possibility
as the switch has to report oil pressure and if the seal or diaphragm is damaged then oil will leak out the switch

it could be a power steering oil cooler that is leaking. you need to clean the area really well and run car and inspect area while its running to see were the oil is coming from.

If above the pump, it is usually the cam cover gasket in a Camry.

Replace the power steering belt. Make sure that it is tight.

Engine oil leaks from the valve cover gasket are common.

The intake manifold plenum gasket may leak and cause increased oil consumption/burning and a spark knock during acceleration; the gasket should be replaced.

External oil leaks from valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets (front or rear), and the rear crankshaft (rear main) seal area are common. The rear main seal is an unlikely source. Normally, the bearing cap mating surfaces (as well as the sealing surface between the oil pan and bearing cap) are the source for the leaks.

Engine oil leaks at the distributor can be misdiagnosed as leaks from theintake manifold seal, oil pan gasket, or rear crankshaft (rear main) seal. A revised distributor is available if oil is found inside the distributor.

If the oil filter casing shows signs of distortion from excessive oil pressure, theoil pump should be replaced.

Often misdiagnosed as a leaking oil filter gasket, the oil filter adapter can seep from between the adapter and engine block.

You will likely not have the tools necessary to replace the seals that are leaking. If the seals are leaking than there are likely other components in the rack that are also worn out.

Looks like you have identified the source of the oil.
Have a look at all the pipe couplings and and see where leak is coming from. (you may need a mirror).
Dont let the oil get to low or you may damage power steering pump.
If unsure take car to mechanic who can fix it.

You can get a special oil called leak stop but only use this at last resort.

If this is around a 1999 F150, it is the Power Steering line going to the front steering oil cooler. There is a plastic clip which holds the line against the frame. Apparently it is a common problem. The plastic part seems to hold road salt and moisture against the metal and it corrodes.

Change the line out or at least take it off and inspect it.

If you cant find the leak give the engine a good wash down , makes it easier to spot the leak.

your seal is probably gone.
