Lift the hood and have some one get under the vehicle a grab hold of any component that may be suspect for looseness, causing this noise.
Puss down on the front of the vehicle when it is not moving to re-inact the drivability problem your having. This seems like a loose bushing or possibly a loose exhaust shield. Hard to say at this point.

It could be a strut mount or a tie rod. not sure though.

2002 toytota camry left front makes noise turning right

This is usually a bad bearing. The tire is tilting to one side and causing uneven wear. The shimmy is because of the slack in the bearing and the contact the front rotor is having with the brake pad. Every time the low side comes around the rotor will hit the brake pad and grab it.

You will need bearings and brake work.

2000 dodge stratus, thump noise increase/decreas while driving, new tires 4,new cv axles, new brakes, new power steering pump installed, but thump sound is still there ?

My thought would be to look at the u joints and drive line. When driving the car and it makes the thumbing sound shift to natural, if the sound stops it is probably in drive line.

99 camery solara...ratlingnoise front left wheel,

Strut tops are a common failure on the 97-01 era Camry/Solaras.

They will make a hollow rattle sound whenever you hit bumps or uneven pavement.

They can be replaced one at a time, and do not require strut replacement if your old struts are still in good shape.
Replacement does require a strut compressor and an alignment afterwards, placing it outside the scope of most do-it-yourselfers.

It is labeled "suspension support" in the following diagram. The bearing below it is typically replaced at the same time.
