Sounds like the brake caliper pistons or sliders are sticking, you need to see which wheel is locked, then remove the wheel and free off the offending part.

Not likely. It sounds like a computer problem. Check to see if there is a fuse for ABS (anti-lock brakes)

The shifter is locked and engine turns on but can not shift from park

1st, have someone step on brake pedal while you check to see if your brake lights are working, if yes proceed to step 2, if not check your brake light fuse(Left side of dash fuse#20- 10amp)IF fuse is good replace brake light switch on brake pedal. 2nd Step (brake lights ok) Turn key on engine off, press and release brake pedal several times slowly, listen for a click and and pulse on shifter handle. IF yes you have a shifter malfunction replace shifter assembly. IF no, inspect shift interlock solenoid and or relace solenoid and cable. You should see a small access cover about the size of a peanut around base faceplate of shifter assembly use small screwdriver and remove cover, use screw driver to press button underneath plate and release shifter into reverse and drive gears(this is manual overide) if you need to move vehicle in the meantime.

My rigth side front brake is locking the wheel off while driving and the brake is applied

most common cause would be a bad disk brake caliper, or bad brake hose.

the way to find out witch one, is to jack up the front of the car and put it on jack stands. put the transmission in neutral. then turn the front wheels one at a time and wile turning the wheel have some one apply the brake the wheel should stop turning immediately and then wile applying pressure on the wheel have the person in the car release the brake pedal the brake should release immediately if not, then open the brake bleeder on the offending caliper if the brake releases then. you have a bad brake hose if the brake still does not release with the bleeder open then you have a bad brake caliper.

GOOD LUCK

Knoking sound wile driveing it comes and goes

is it more from the front or back of the car ?? over bumps ?? while acelerating or braking ??

on the top of the front struts there's a rubber bushing called the "upper strut mount" this is a commonly replaced item. Also the sway bar bushings are frequently replaced. or, it could be something totally different..... gremlins ??

Parking brake is locked "open" and won't work

Go to rear axle area & use a can of WD 40 to spray into the parking brake cable both sides. IF this fails remove rear drums & lube from insde. If they do not release, relace cables!
