is it a USA CAR? lighting varies by COUNTRY !!!
is it hatch back, is it in INDIA. /gee.?
ok, i guess you dont see the lamp socket there,
no year car so , cant be too smart can i.
but the front has a lamp that is twist lock
or pulls out.
or the rear has a socket there that twists off (on some sx4)
the operators guide covers this, lost that already, buy one?
the lamp can only be removed 2 ways, all cars made.
from rear or front of assembly. (tail light assembly)
here is one of the many , sx4 (no year, no body, no country)
if read, check brake fuses first
then check brake switch.
just one lamp dead, on rear, you never said that.
make this answer 10x more easy no?
the lamps are covered in your operators guide in the glove box.
lost that? Suzukii will give you one for free, ask em"? answer take off the screws. to them. (lens assembly screws)
Can you get to the bulb from inside the van? You may not need to remove the whole assembly. The lens can't be removed by itself - it's part of a complete assembly - housing and lens in one unit.
Well you can please follow the below link - 1. Open the rear hatch of the Murano. 2. Remove the screws holding the rear trim covers in place. 3. Pull off the rear trim covers to expose the rear taillight housing assembly. 4. Remove the power connector running to the brake light ballast. 5. Turn the brake light counterclockwise with your hand, and remove the light from the housing assembly. 6. Install the new brake light. Installation is in reverse of removal. open the rear hatch and pull carpet away from the lens with the light out,you will see four plastic thumb nuts, remove them and pull the lens assembly out to access bulbs.
I just had to do this, and it isn't all that easy or quick. First, gently work the gray, carpet like cover loose from the area around the tail light ,(this may give you a little trouble). Once you have done this, you will see three silver nuts. These must be unscrewed. The lower left nut must be accessed through a hole next to where the trunk lid fits. (The screws are permanently attached to the lens housing so will not drop into obscurity when the nuts are removed). After removing the nuts, GENTLY work the lens housing away from the car. You may need a screw driver to unseat the housing, but just be gentle.
You will find three bulbs inside the lens. The brake light bulb is on the lower right side. Simply pull the old bulb out and insert the new one.
Just reverse these directions to reassemble the housing.
ust take out sill panel on the rear body then remove the trim panel and then take out 4 bolts 10mm on thebackside of light then pull the light out then you can change the bulb/ Please rate my response thank you very much
For the brake light open the rear hatch and check beside the tail light. I believe ther is 2 phillips head screws right where the light meets the rear hatch on the body panel. remove them and gently yet firmly pull the lens assembly from the corner of the rear body panel. Squeeze the clips on the back of the socket and twist to remove the socket from the lens. Push gently on the bulb and turn carefully to remove light from the socket replace the light and reverse removal procedure to install.
