If you have the regular hand fastening belts there are no serviceable parts and they must be replaced. A trip to a scrapyard would be in order. If you have the automatic shoulder belts there are 2 fuse/relays in the fuse panel. On the very top row of relays, one back from the steering wheel isone. On the very bottom row of relays, 3rd in from the door is the other. According to my book they both are 10 amp.
There are 2 grounds,1 beside the fuse panel attached to the bracket that the dash connects to and the other is under the back seat on the driver's side.Check your connectors for corrosion (green color) and breaks.
I do have a diagnostic flow chart if this doesn't do the trick but I'll have to write it out because I don't have a printer or you can go to faxonautoliterature and order the service manual for the car. Hope this helps.
