My heat and A/C would not turn on. Changed out my blower moter moter but still not working. I am not for sure what to do next.

I have a 2004 acura tsx the blower moter for the ac and the heater stoped working i checked the moter and its fine and when i turn it on it spins a second and stops. any ideas why

Bad connection somewhere. Could be the control head or a connector or even the ground wire. Trace the blower wires to find the ground connection and make sure it is solid. Trace the other wire to the resistor and check the connector there carefully. Look for signs of heat damage and terminals pushed back in the connector.

Hi! Please check the fuse if it's blown. Surely is a fuse problem. Have a good one!

The first three seting aret working on my blower moterbut 4 and five works. takes a long time to heat up

The blower moter resistor is probably bad. It's located
on the heater box under the right side of the dash.
Now as to the slow heat up situation. Check your coolant level make sure it's full. Not just the overflow
bucket. With the engine cool open the radiator cap and make sure it's full. It may heat up a bit faster after you replace the resistor and the blower is not
is not blasting the heater core before it can warm up
I hope this helps.

No heat, heater core is good, blower moter works

Check the operation of the heater control valve. If it doesn't open up no heat. If the cable moves the control on the valve take the valve off and check it manually. The lever may work but the valve still doesn't open.
