Under the drivers side of dash...look at the new one to help find...does the old one still make noise? Look up higher, you are looking in the right place...actually you have 2 flasher units in your P/A

Oh you'll love this I just fixed that problem. Yes there is a flasher fuse there are actually three. One in the fuse box and two under the dash panel. Drop your plastic panel at the bottom and look for two half a dollar sized round fuses those are your flasher fuses. They run around two bucks at your nearest auto part I would replace both so you want have that problem again but yes there is a flasher fuse for it. Good luck
there are 2 one for the hazards and one for the blinkers
the hazards are under the dash about where your right knee would be you have to remaove the lower portion of the dash (2 screws)
the blinkers are way up under the dash by the parking brake.....way up you have to get on your back and move wires to see it if the flasher still works a little you can hear it.....again its way up there but you dont have to remove anything to get to it.
I just changed mine it took 10 times as long to find it as it did to replace it
