The Bentley Manual shows the fuel pump relay in the box on the passenger side of the car under the hood. Looking toward the drivers side the pump relay is the second on from the passenger side. It is fuse #23. Looking at the bottom of the relay the pins clock wise from 12 o'clock are 30-87-85-86. The third one from the passenger side is the main relay. It is usually white. "The main relay is energized via the DME engine control module and supplies power to many of the DME components and subsystems, including the fuel pump relay. If this relay is faulty, the engine will not start."
You have no voltage at 15 amp fuel pump fuse in the under hood fuse/relay center ? There is a fuel pump relay also in same under hood fuse box. The fuel pump fuse gets power from the fuel pump relay. The ( PCM ) engine computer controls that relay, gives power or ground electronically to turn the relay on giving power to the fuel pump through the fuel pump fuse. You could have a bad relay or an anti-theft system problem . What engine does you vehicle have 2.0 L or 2.2 L the 2.0 L engine gets power differently to fuel pump .
Use a multimeter at the plug to pump! If there is no power, check the fuses under the dash, as well as the fuse box under the hood! The lid under the hood will tell you which fuse operates the fuel system. Could just be a bad fuse, or a broken wire!
Is the fuel pump turning on? You should hear a 2 or 3 second buzz or hum from the rear (the pump will be on for that long) when you turn the key to on. If you hear nothing, check the fuel pump fuse, could be in the fuse panel inside the car, or under the hood in the relay/fuse box. If you don't hear it, the pump may have failed. To be certain, one needs to check if there is any gas under pressure at the engine. Or one could check for power at the fuel pump connector when the engine is being cranked over-if power there, but pump does not work, pretty certain it is a failed pump-tank will have to be removed to change the pump. If the pump is working, next thing to check would be the fuel injectors and injector circuit. There should also be a fuse for the injectors-probably in the under hood fuse box.
The fuel pump relay is located under the dash on the drivers side. The fuel pump relay is green and it should be next to a brown relay for the ignition.
check the realy under the shifter knob..see if all 4 plugs are plugged in.. if not check you EFI fuse(its near the the battery fuse box)..if the fuse is fine then it might be ur ecu
