I got an oil change but the light is still on. How do I turn off the light?
Before attempting this make sure your odometer is on the actual odometer or mileage and not a trip or b trip when attempting
While pressing and holding the odometer reset button press the IGN button twice without your foot on the brake. The display will show some dashes and finally 00000.
The service reminder should be reset.

Turn ING to on position. (ING on, engine off) Press trip odometer reset button several times until oil life reset is displayed. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button for 8 seconds. This should reset the oil light.

PRESS AND HOLD IN THE TRIPOMETER RESET BUTTON. WITH IT IN, TURN THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION WITHOUT STARTING THE ENGINE. THE DISPLAY WILL COUNT DOWN IN HASH MARKS FROM 6 TO 0. AFTER IT REACHES 0 RELEASE THE TRIPOMETER RESET, TURN THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION. ONCE YOU RESTART THE LIGHT SHOULD BE OFF.
