SOURCE: I have 2003 Honda CR-V with 118 k , changed motor

First off you are using an incorrect weight oil in your Honda. Your Honda requires 5W20 and not 5W40 which is way too heavy. Change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles and use the correct weight and a quality filter such as Bosch, Purolator, or Wix.

Noticed the transmission fluid on my 2009 crv has an odor. I wouldnt say it is a burnt smell necessarily, well, maybe a slight tad. But fluid level and color appears to be good. Is it normal for there...

No, mostly it is a not unpleasant smell. Your transmission may be getting hot due to the work you do. I would advise you to change the oil and filter and fit an after market cooler into the oil cooling circuit.

I would like to remove the center table from between the front seats in my 2009 honda cr-v.

Just did this with my 2010 cr-v. This diagram may help. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=CR-V&catcgry2=2009&catcgry3=5DR+EX+%284WD%29&catcgry4=KA5AT&catcgry5=CENTER+TABLE
You need to remove the plastic cover. Using a flathead screwdriver, pop the plastic anchor, numbered 28 on the diagram. Then, insert the flathead under the front and back edges of the cover, and pop it off. Located behind the plastic panel, are just 2 nuts (# 31 in diagram) holding the entire assembly to the passenger seat. I used a 12mm deep socket to unscrew them. The assembly will lift out. FYI the service dept. said such a cosmetic change will not void any warranty.

How do I get honest repair schedule for my 2009 Honda CRV? I get a different story from every dealer service dept. I talk to. Thanks!

You can look at the back of your Maintenance book that came with you vehicle and go by that. That will help you keep better records. Also they are only recommended schedules. You don't have to change your oil to the exact mile. Meaning from one dealership to the other may vary true but they usually are within a certain amount of mileage.

I have a honda crv and its very noisy sounds like its comeing from the diff

Hi there.....
I was browzing around for the specs of my 05 CR-V in Singapore when i saw your problem.....The sound should sounds like a loud clicking noise of the rearwheels gear area I believe if the sound is coming from the rear. It could be your diff oil that needs to be changed.
Mine was like that & problem solved with the DIfferential Oil change.
