... ALMOST all cars. In the Previa, it's in the top center of the dashboard just above the radio. If you look closely, there is a little tab above the radio that lifts upward and allows the fusebox cover to lift up, revealing the fusebox. Weird place, but actually quite handy.
The fuse box in all cars is under the dash on the driver's side.

Look at the center of the dash, above the radio, where there is a "hump". That is the door to the fuse box. There should be a latch, above the radio/heater controls, under this door... Depress it & it lifts up towards the windscreen.

Directly above the radio at the top of the dash. Release lever at top of & center of heater controls will release cover. The cover is about 8 inchs square.
