Check engine flashing need codes

A well known auto parts store like Pep Boys or Autozone will usually pull the codes for free. They're usually a little less pushy than the dealership when it come's to having repairs done while you're there.

1995 legesy adjusting drivers door window

If it won't go all the way up or down, pull the door panel and move the stops on each end of the door glass. You'll see what I speak of once you get the door panel off.

Codes for 2001 subaru

P0130----- 02 sensor circuit on bank #1 sensor #1
P0171------System too lean bank#1
The oxygen sensor on bank #1 needs a new one. If you have a V6 engine, the 02 sensor is screwed into the exhaust pipe up near the exhaust manifold on the same side #1 spark plug is, that's bank #1
I don't have my manual at the moment, so I can't tell you exactly where it is.
The sensor down by the catalytic converter is sensor #2 you don't want that one.

Still having a very hard start (1994 legacy)

Your car is OBD I. If you take your car to an autozone or similar auto parts store they will read your codes for free. You can buy a code reader if you wish but you will have to get the plug for a subaru also. They can be found on ebay. The code should be cleared once the engine check light is off.
